Music Garlic is one of our favorites! It has a medium-hot bite, grows pretty easily, is of the hardneck variety (which means you get yummy scapes!), and it grows beautiful creamy-white bulbs! Brought from Italy to Canada in the 1980s by Al Music, it typically yields 4 to 6 jumbo, easy-to-peel cloves per bulb and stores exceptionally well! Easy to grow in most colder climates and yields beautiful bulbs!
